Risk and Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

To optimize the compliance engine behind the Vendor Credentialing product, the full-time remote Risk and Compliance Program Manager will assess and update frameworks and workflows, translating customer requirements into actionable processes while collaborating with internal teams and serving as a subject matter expert in risk management and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Update systems to evaluate vendors based on client risk tiers and compliance policies
• Translate customer-driven risk and insurance requirements into effective platform rules and workflows
• Develop templates, policies, and guides to align with customer standards and facilitate vendor compliance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, risk management, or vendor credentialing, ideally in property management or construction
• Active P&C License with extensive experience reviewing certificates of insurance
• Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Proficiency in risk assessment frameworks and contract management platforms
• Experience designing documented processes for high-compliance workflows
