Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the Risk & Compliance consulting practice
• Oversee the delivery of complex client engagements and collaborate with executive leadership on strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering thought leadership and innovative consulting solutions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance, with business development and client relationship management
• 8+ years of experience in a Management Consulting firm, preferably Big 4
• 5+ years of experience in areas such as institutional credit, enterprise risk management, and financial crimes
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
• Experience in sectors like Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
