Risk and Control Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the execution and governance of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, the full-time salaried Risk and Control Manager will partner with business leaders to assess operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and promote a strong risk environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end execution of the RCSA program, ensuring adherence to standards and quality expectations
• Facilitate risk identification and assessment discussions with stakeholders to document material risks and key controls
• Perform quality assurance reviews of RCSA documentation and analyze outputs to identify emerging risks and control enhancement opportunities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management or related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading or executing Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and risk evaluations
• Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks and control effectiveness assessment
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• Experience facilitating RCSA workshops and partnering with business teams on risk ownership and control effectiveness
