Risk and Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk & Quality Performance Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Plan Risk and Quality leaders to manage data collection strategies and reporting
• Monitor projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Create and maintain program documentation, providing regular status reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality
• 2+ years of experience supporting HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems
• Familiarity with running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server
• Healthcare experience with knowledge of functional risk adjustment and/or quality
