Risk and Quality Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom health plan reports to support local interventions and provider outreach
• Build intervention strategy reporting and ad hoc reports to track HEDIS performance
• Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends, assisting with various internal and external projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in data mapping, profiling, and cleaning
• 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design
• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and PowerBI
• Familiarity with HEDIS and Risk data
