Risk and Resilience Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk and Resilience Manager (Remote - USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the intake, review, tracking, and closure of risk exceptions across the enterprise
• Monitor risk remediation activities and drive accountability among stakeholders
• Maintain and update the operational risk register to ensure alignment with enterprise risk tolerance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or related GRC functions
• Experience maintaining operational risk registers and driving risk remediation activities
• Working knowledge of operational risk frameworks and standards such as ISO 22301 or NIST SP 800 34
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive enterprise risk and resilience outcomes
