Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks and debts of AVP transactions through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Reach out to customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment options and implement collection tactics
• Maintain accurate collection data and generate reports to inform risk management strategies

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role such as Call Center Agent, Debt Collector, or Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Ability to analyze data and assess risk associated with debts
• Experience in developing effective solutions to mitigate risks
• Understanding of debt collection laws and best practices
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records and generating performance reports
