Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Consumer Complaint Investigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform moderate risk analysis of account and transaction data to balance customer experience and risk
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes and internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Assist customers through various communication channels to resolve inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4 years of customer service experience
  • 6 months financial background with Dispute Analyst/Investigation experience preferred
  • 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, audit, or risk management preferred
  • Knowledge of bank and deposit compliance regulations preferred
