A company is looking for a Risk Consumer Complaint Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform moderate risk analysis of account and transaction data to balance customer experience and risk
- Ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes and internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Assist customers through various communication channels to resolve inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4 years of customer service experience
- 6 months financial background with Dispute Analyst/Investigation experience preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, audit, or risk management preferred
- Knowledge of bank and deposit compliance regulations preferred
