Job Summary

Leading the development of enterprise-wide learning initiatives, the full-time remote Risk & Compliance Learning Strategy Senior Manager will shape employee understanding of risk, compliance, ethics, and sustainability through engaging programs that drive behavior change and protect the company's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise risk and compliance learning strategy aligned with business and regulatory priorities
• Design and deliver scalable learning programs for diverse audiences to enhance risk awareness and compliance
• Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable learning experiences in partnership with business leaders and subject matter experts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning strategy, compliance training, or risk awareness
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
• Ability to simplify complex risk and compliance topics into engaging employee experiences
• Strong data analytics and storytelling skills to connect learning outcomes to business impact
• Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-paced environment
