Risk Consultant - Renewable Energy

Job Summary

To support the renewable energy sector, the full-time Risk Consultant - Renewable Energy will conduct insurance due diligence, provide advisory services, and manage relationships with various stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review project documentation and integrate findings into comprehensive Insurance Reports for asset owners and financiers
• Analyze existing or proposed insurance policies and provide detailed coverage assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage project timelines and maintain accurate documentation and task tracking throughout the consulting process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
• Experience with multi-industry property and casualty insurance related to project construction and operations
• Understanding of project finance, including tax equity and construction debt financing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
