Risk Control Management Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational resilience, the full-time salaried Risk Control Management Manager will oversee the transition to a new risk assessment framework, collaborate across business units, and provide strategic guidance on risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across various processes within the organization
• Partner with business units to refine the RCSA inventory and ensure alignment and consistency enterprise-wide
• Translate risk assessment insights into actionable recommendations to improve control design and mitigate key risks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational risk or compliance management, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks
• Proven ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance risk management practices
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to engage and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in process governance and decision-making aligned with regulatory frameworks
• Experience within the financial services industry
