Risk Control Segment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Control Segment Manager - Inland Marine.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement segment-specific risk control strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Lead the team in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational and regulatory risks
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide strategic direction for risk control initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, risk management, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Ten years of experience in casualty risk control, safety consulting, or related fields
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of at least three business segments in which the company operates
• Advanced understanding of risk exposures and mitigation strategies
