Risk Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Risk Portfolio Management team, the full-time Risk Data Analyst will build data models, analyze risk trends, and deliver actionable insights to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, with the opportunity to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple source systems into complete and accurate Risk Operations data models
• Create intuitive, actionable, and automated reports and Tableau dashboards
• Synthesize and present data into actionable insights that drive value for the Risk Operations team and BILL's customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field
• 8 years of experience in analytics and/or data science (or 5+ years with a Master's Degree)
• Extensive experience and advanced knowledge of engineering SQL pipelines; dbt experience is a plus
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools for dashboard and report creation, preferably Tableau
• Experience working with data generated from fraud and risk platforms as well as CRM platforms
