Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Risk, Data Science and Analytics to lead the development of advanced risk models and AI-powered systems in a payments platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain predictive models for fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and compliance monitoring
• Develop forecasting frameworks for credit and fraud losses and deliver reporting to leadership
• Collaborate on AI-driven automation of underwriting and fraud review workflows

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in risk analytics, preferably in payments or financial services
• Proven experience in building and deploying risk models and AI solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and operational automation workflows
