Risk Engagement Strategic Lead

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and advisory support, the full-time Risk Engagement Strategic Lead will manage companywide projects related to Risk Solutions operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver effective communication to management, internal teams, external clients, and vendors
• Stay informed on industry fraud trends and maintain knowledge of fraud and risk applications
• Provide training and ensure quality assurance standards are implemented across all Risk Solutions divisions

Required qualifications:

• Seven years of experience in the financial services industry
• Five years of professional experience in risk management and/or project management
• Knowledge of multiple payments processing systems preferred
• Experience with fraud mitigation tools within the financial services industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
