Risk Insights Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Risk Insights & Operations Specialist will manage high-volume screening, research, and disposition activities to identify and act on potential risks affecting customers while maintaining compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume screening and research related to financial, legal, and reputational risks
• Provide feedback on models to ensure consistent performance and document the screening process
• Independently assess and escalate key BSA/AML risks while managing screening cases efficiently

Required qualifications

• One year of experience in banking, insurance, accounting, fraud, or AML/BSA industries
• Experience with investigative techniques related to financial crimes or risk
• Certified high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
• Certifications such as CAMS, CTMA, CFE, or CFCS are preferred
