Risk Intelligence Program Manager

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing operational efficiency and business value, the full-time remote Risk Intelligence Program Manager will identify and prioritize AI initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with governance standards within the Risk organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an AI opportunity backlog and roadmap for Risk Services
• Coordinate delivery activities and facilitate communication between external partners and internal teams
• Ensure AI initiatives adhere to governance, compliance, and risk management requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, Information Systems, or Data Analytics
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, artificial intelligence, or related business transformation initiatives
• 5+ years of experience with AI governance and model risk management in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications, including risk management and fraud prevention
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder relationships
