Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary

Risk Management Analyst, responsible for maintaining merchant data and bonus categories, supporting campaign offers, and collaborating with various teams, in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and subject matter knowledge on industry and merchant bonusing to business partners
• Review and validate merchant data feeds and customer inquiries for accurate merchant categorization
• Identify and implement process controls and improvements while responding to requests from Audit and Risk Management

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchant data experience
• Demonstrated comfort managing large datasets and performing data analytics
• Experience with conducting research, trend analysis, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred
