Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance US outbound bureau reporting policies, the full-time Risk Management Analyst will generate data-driven insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and investigate customer complaints related to bureau reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Generate insights into the US consumer credit and debit bureau reporting process to identify potential gaps
• Investigate customer complaints and escalations from a bureau reporting standpoint
• Support testing and validation of bureau reporting process changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant analytics experience, preferably in financial services
• Proficiency with SQL; experience with Hive or Python is a plus
• Experience managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Ability to summarize, visualize, and communicate data findings effectively
