Risk Management Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance the quality and efficiency of US outbound bureau reporting policies, the full-time Risk Management Analyst will generate data-driven insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and investigate customer complaints related to bureau reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Generate insights into the US consumer credit and debit bureau reporting process to identify potential gaps
- Leverage external data for competitor bureau-reporting analytics and benchmarking
- Support testing and validation of bureau reporting process changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business Analytics, MIS, Statistics); Master's preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant analytics experience, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency with SQL; experience with Hive or Python is a plus
- Experience managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Ability to summarize and visualize data findings for a non-technical audience
