Risk Management and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To enhance governance in Global Technology, the full-time FLEX Manager, Risk Management and Compliance will oversee security and compliance issues, drive timely remediation efforts, and ensure effective risk management across application and infrastructure teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance operations and maintain control inventories, ensuring audit readiness and effective documentation
• Act as the primary contact for issue management, coordinating remediation efforts and monitoring compliance gaps
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and frameworks to strengthen risk management practices across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience/certification
• At least 5 years of IT leadership experience, with 3+ years in cyber and tech risk, governance, audit, and compliance
• 2+ years of experience leading audits and compliance programs with a proven track record of timely issue closure
• Experience in designing and advising on IT and cybersecurity controls for both cloud and on-premises technologies
• At least one professional certification (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent)
