Risk Management Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring effective control management, the full-time salaried Risk Management Compliance Manager will support end-to-end process management for operational risk events and remediation, collaborating with various business units to enhance accountability and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of issues, operational risk events, and remediations by influencing business unit teams
• Track progress, validate resolutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders while collaborating with Operational Risk Management teams
• Analyze trends in issues to identify systemic risks and provide guidance on control enhancements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within Risk or Internal Audit functions
• Understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities and process governance
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios effectively
• Experience in scoping and supporting remediation of operational and compliance-related issues
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred
