Risk Management Consultant

Job Summary

To drive pivotal risk management and organizational change initiatives within a dynamic global environment, the temporary Risk Management Consultant will work remotely on PST hours, focusing on developing integrated risk management practices, enhancing organizational transformation, and implementing advanced risk analytics and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and champion an enterprise-wide vision for integrated risk management, conducting assessments and recommending scalable solutions
• Facilitate the rollout of new initiatives through targeted onboarding and training programs, managing stakeholder alignment and change impact assessments
• Analyze risk data to identify trends and impacts, producing executive reports and supporting the establishment of governance frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Risk Management, Organizational Change Management, or Business Transformation roles
• Strong expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks and large-scale capital project delivery
• Proven experience in developing Organizational Change Management strategies and training programs
• Experience with data visualization tools and executive reporting dashboards
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous information into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
