Risk Management Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Risk Management Consultant will identify, assess, and manage operational, financial, compliance, and emerging risks while strengthening risk management practices and supporting informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate various risks, providing guidance on risk management activities across the organization
• Lead risk management activities including assessments, control testing, and the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) using data and analytics
• Support the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) system, including documentation and assistance with audit activities

Required qualifications

• Understanding of risk management, compliance, governance, audit, or internal controls
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities
