Job Summary
To support the growing risk management program, the full-time Risk Management Coordinator will manage claims documentation, assist with litigation preparation, and coordinate insurance renewals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support claims management and litigation preparation by gathering documentation and coordinating responses to discovery requests
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, insurers, and attorneys regarding risk-related matters
- Maintain accurate records and tracking logs while managing a high volume of documentation
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support, compliance, or legal support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience managing PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to organize large volumes of information and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
