Job Summary

To support the growing risk management program, the full-time Risk Management Coordinator will manage claims documentation, assist with litigation preparation, and coordinate insurance renewals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support claims management and litigation preparation by gathering documentation and coordinating responses to discovery requests
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, insurers, and attorneys regarding risk-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking logs while managing a high volume of documentation
Required qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support, compliance, or legal support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience managing PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to organize large volumes of information and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
