Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Management Credit Card Acquisition Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control risk and drive performance outcomes by developing value-added risk strategies, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities
• Utilize data-driven analysis to power the future of the credit card business and optimize strategies
• Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute business objectives and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of credit risk strategy experience in credit card acquisition, preferably in the near-prime credit segment
• Experience in building credit risk strategies for unsecured credit/lending, particularly in near-prime, new-to-credit, and thin file segments
• Expert analytical skills to drive business results through data-driven proposals
• Proficiency in using Excel/Spreadsheet and PowerPoint/Slides
• Preferred: Proficient skills in SQL and Python; knowledge in Decision Trees and Tableau. Preferred: Advanced degree in an analytical discipline
