Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of risk professional associates to analyze regulation, identify risk, and implement regulations for installation admin, enrollment, billing, and reconciliation processes
- Oversee risk management of billing and reconciliation processes, including advancing compliance results and supporting audit readiness
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related Risk Management experience
- Minimum 2 years of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or legislative/regulatory experience
- Minimum 2 years of prior demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word tools
- Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes
