Risk Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of risk professional associates to analyze regulation, identify risk, and implement regulations for installation admin, enrollment, billing, and reconciliation processes
• Oversee risk management of billing and reconciliation processes, including advancing compliance results and supporting audit readiness
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business results

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or related Risk Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or legislative/regulatory experience
• Minimum 2 years of prior demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word tools
• Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes
