Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Proactively identifying and assessing risks, the full-time salaried Risk Management Manager will monitor key risk indicators, support leadership in risk reporting, and ensure compliance with risk governance frameworks in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and report on credit, market, operational, compliance, strategic, and reputational risks within the business unit
• Analyze risk data to support leadership in monitoring trends and enhancing risk reporting processes through data visualization tools
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services to effectively challenge risk management practices and support enterprise-wide frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in risk management, business administration, communications, public relations, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in risk management functions
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory landscapes
