Job Summary

Risk Management Manager, responsible for full-time program management to enhance operational risk and control strategies within a financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the GMNS cross-functional Financial Crimes workplan, ensuring effective risk management and timely delivery of program milestones
• Act as a central program management function, ensuring alignment and transparency between executive sponsors and workstream owners
• Drive senior-level communication and reporting, managing risks and dependencies while supporting change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project or program management within a large, global, and highly regulated organization
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Strong program and project management expertise with a focus on execution discipline
• Working knowledge of Financial Crimes risk and control frameworks
• Bachelor's degree preferred
