Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the transition to a new risk assessment framework, the full-time Manager-Control Management will oversee risk identification and assessment processes within the US Consumer Services team, collaborating with various business units and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across Enterprise Communications & Marketing Technology Experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging risks and translate assessment insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing operational resilience
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management practices and support risk aggregation and analytics to mitigate key risks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational risk or compliance management, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance risk identification and monitoring practices
• Proficiency in process governance and establishing robust decision-making processes in alignment with regulatory standards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios and identify trends using data analysis
• Experience in the financial services industry
