Job Summary

Supporting the transition to a new risk assessment framework, the full-time salaried Risk Management Manager will oversee the implementation of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes, ensuring compliance and enhancing operational resilience through collaboration across various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition from the legacy risk assessment framework to RCSA, ensuring a seamless implementation across all relevant processes
• Collaborate with business units to refine the RCSA inventory, promoting consistency and alignment throughout the organization
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations for control design and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational risk or compliance management, with a solid understanding of risk management frameworks
• Proven ability to utilize AI and advanced analytics to enhance risk management practices
• Strong project management skills and experience interacting with senior business and technology counterparts
• Proficiency in process governance and establishing robust decision-making processes aligned with regulatory standards
• Experience in the financial services industry
