Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Focused on proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks, the full-time Risk Management Manager will collaborate across business units to ensure compliance and enhance risk management practices within U.S. Consumer Services, including Global Lounges and Travel & Lifestyle Services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks throughout business processes and systems in collaboration with process owners
• Facilitate risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards through rigorous testing and quality assurance programs
• Compile and report key operational risk trends and events to senior management to support informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk or Internal Audit function
• Strong project management skills and experience in process governance aligned with regulatory frameworks
• Proficient analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios and identify trends effectively
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics in operational risk management practices
• Experience in the financial services industry
