Risk Management Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Risk Management Manager, this role will manage the development and implementation of an enterprise change governance framework, proactively identify risk-related gaps, and communicate insights to senior leadership while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and enhance the enterprise change governance framework tailored to project classifications
- Identify and prioritize risk-related gaps and drive sustainable remediation efforts
- Synthesize and report risk data and emerging trends to senior leadership and the board of directors
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB)
- Experience with project management and governance; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
- Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) certification is a plus
