Risk Management Manager
Job Summary
Driving change risk oversight, the full-time salaried Risk Management Manager will shape and enhance an enterprise change governance framework, proactively identify risk-related gaps, and synthesize risk data for senior leadership in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advance the development and implementation of an enterprise change governance framework tailored to project classifications
- Identify and prioritize risk-related gaps, ensuring timely remediation to reduce exposures to acceptable levels
- Communicate risk data and insights through structured reporting to senior leadership and the board of directors
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB)
- Experience with project management and governance; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
- Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) certification is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes and adapt to frequent change
