Risk Management Program Manager

Job Summary

To optimize the compliance engine behind the Vendor Credentialing product, the full-time remote Risk Management Program Manager will assess and update frameworks and workflows, translating customer requirements into actionable processes while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Update systems to evaluate vendors based on client-specific risk tiers and compliance policies
• Translate customer-driven risk and insurance requirements into effective platform rules and workflows
• Develop reusable templates, policies, and guides aligned with customer standards for internal teams and clients

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial insurance with experience in risk management or contractor/vendor credentialing, ideally in property management or real estate
• Active P&C License with extensive experience reviewing certificates of insurance
• Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Experience implementing risk management frameworks for enterprise clients
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to design repeatable processes for high-compliance workflows
