Job Summary

Risk Management Senior Analyst, a full-time position responsible for supporting merchant data maintenance and bonusing processes, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring accuracy in merchant categorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on industry and merchant bonusing to business partners
• Review and validate merchant data feeds and customer inquiries for accurate categorization
• Identify and implement process controls and improvements while responding to audit and regulatory requests

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in merchant data management
• Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and perform data analytics
• Experience in conducting research and trend analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred
