Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant risk management experience, with 10+ years in a leadership role preferred
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry at a large, regulated institution
• Proven track record in managing teams and developing talent
• Background in Risk Assessment and Management, including control design and remediation
• Bachelor's Level Degree required; Master's Level Degree preferred
