Job Summary

Driving the evolution of fraud and authentication capabilities, the full-time salaried Risk Management Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud controls and improve customer experience through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish authentication capabilities for a seamless customer journey across various servicing touchpoints
• Identify and enhance attributes to improve risk controls and customer experience
• Evaluate new data sources and vendors to strengthen fraud strategies and capabilities

Required qualifications

• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and product teams to influence architecture and design
• Experience with cloud-based architecture, particularly Azure services and APIs
• Proficiency in big data analytical tools such as Hive, Spark, and Big Query
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
