Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee reporting, auditing, and administration of various claims including Auto Liability, General Liability, and Workers' Compensation
- Serve as the primary contact for insurance carriers and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and responses
- Participate in risk assessments and manage Certificates of Insurance and internal first-party liability claims
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Experience in customer service-focused roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Willingness to learn risk management practices and insurance concepts
- Must be 18 years or older
