Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support complex construction projects, the full-time remote Contract and Risk Manager will oversee risk management strategies, coordinate contract reviews, and collaborate with legal and operations teams to mitigate risks effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initial contract reviews, identifying benefits and potential disadvantages while coordinating legal and insurance assessments
• Coordinate insurance and bonding requirements for project bids and contract execution in collaboration with brokers and legal teams
• Analyze insurable risks and work with project teams to ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
• At least five years of experience in insurance and risk management within the construction industry
• Industry certifications such as ARM, CRM, or CRIS are preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft O365
• A valid driver's license may be required, subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check
