Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting with insurance and risk management matters, the full-time Risk Management Specialist will focus on the marketing and renewal of insurance policies, data collection, and coordination with brokers and underwriters while working onsite in Shakopee, MN.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with global insurance renewal and marketing of various insurance lines
• Collect and organize financial, HR, and IT information for insurance purposes
• Respond to routine insurance inquiries and coordinate responses through brokers and underwriters

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in risk management or a related field
• 1+ years' experience in risk management preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across cultures
• Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
