Risk Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support nationwide projects, the full-time remote Risk Management Specialist will proactively manage risk from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with operations, legal, and safety teams to navigate contract exposure and compliance challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-level risk awareness and strengthen controls across projects
- Manage subcontractor administration activities, including compliance reviews and closeout processes
- Perform subcontract compliance audits and assist in coordinating builder's risk coverage
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in specialized risk management program or related field
- Minimum two years of risk experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Valid driver's license may be required, subject to Motor Vehicle Records checks
