Risk Management Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Management Systems Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily Tier 1 & 2 operational and user support for Risk Management Info Systems
• Assist in technical initiatives and project management for risk systems
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of related experience in IT Support or legal administration
• Experience in a medium-to-large law firm preferred but not required
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise-level systems such as Windows and Microsoft Office
