Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Manager, Risk Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage policy, strategy, and operations surrounding underwriting, delinquency, and collection initiatives
• Develop partnerships with sales, operations, and product management teams for timely onboarding and underwriting processes
• Identify and execute initiatives aimed at reducing enterprise risk while enhancing customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Risk Management teams in a high-growth payments or fintech company
• Functional experience in underwriting and managing portfolios of small-to-medium sized businesses in lending or card space
• Experience developing and updating policy in response to changing business conditions
• Familiarity with common business underwriting and risk analysis tools
• Ability to execute high-level objectives into detailed and prioritized plans
