Job Summary

Leading underwriting, pricing, and risk assessment for commercial vehicle financing, the full-time salaried Risk Management VP will evaluate customer credit, propose transaction structures, and partner with various teams to ensure profitable growth while maintaining disciplined credit standards in an office-based role in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead underwriting, pricing, structuring, and risk evaluation for commercial vehicle leasing opportunities
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper to the Investment Committee for fleet leasing transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approval tracking
• Build and manage scalable underwriting infrastructure while leading the underwriting and transactions team to align with company objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in commercial credit, underwriting, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading underwriting or finance teams
• Deep knowledge of commercial fleet finance and equipment leasing structures
• Expert-level Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
• Strong track record in managing commercial credit risk while supporting business growth
