Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Manager who will oversee risk management in the payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive risk management framework to identify and mitigate various risks across the merchant lifecycle
• Design and implement risk controls and scoring methodologies to balance business growth with protection
• Lead merchant onboarding and monitoring processes, conducting KYC/KYB reviews and due diligence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management within payments, fintech, or banking environments
• Deep understanding of Payment Facilitator models and sub-merchant oversight
• Proven expertise in underwriting, transaction monitoring, and portfolio risk management
• Comprehensive knowledge of card network rules and chargeback monitoring
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
