Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Manager to lead risk and insurance strategy across its global real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Property & Casualty insurance programs and ensure compliance with OCIP/CCIP requirements
• Establish and enforce insurance requirements for contractors, consultants, and vendors, while reviewing contracts for proper risk transfer
• Oversee claims management related to workers' compensation, third-party liability, and property damage

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in risk management and insurance program administration
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, and environmental compliance
• Experience with Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs) and construction risk management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments including Real Estate, Development, and Finance
• Familiarity with contract review and indemnification provisions
