Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk Manager to lead risk and insurance strategy across its global real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Property & Casualty insurance programs and ensure compliance with OCIP/CCIP requirements
- Establish and enforce insurance requirements for contractors, consultants, and vendors, while reviewing contracts for proper risk transfer
- Oversee claims management related to workers' compensation, third-party liability, and property damage
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in risk management and insurance program administration
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, and environmental compliance
- Experience with Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs) and construction risk management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments including Real Estate, Development, and Finance
- Familiarity with contract review and indemnification provisions
