Risk Manager

Job Summary

To support risk and litigation activities, the full-time Risk Manager will investigate incidents, manage claims, and maintain documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and coordinate with stakeholders to support risk and litigation activities
• Manage professional liability and employment-related claims from intake through resolution
• Assist with risk assessment, claims analysis, and contribute to risk management initiatives and compliance efforts

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in claims handling, risk management, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or radiology
• Knowledge of self-insured or captive insurance programs and claims administration
• Proficient in data management and technology systems used for claims and risk management
• Risk Management certification (e.g., CPHRM or ARM) preferred
• Flexibility to travel as needed
