Job Summary

To support high-net-worth clients, the full-time salaried Risk Manager - Louisiana Licensed will perform independent risk assessments, analyze property exposures, and recommend loss prevention strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct PURE 360 Risk assessments to evaluate complex property conditions and assess risk exposure
• Analyze findings to determine loss probability and severity, providing appropriate recommendations
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations clearly, serving as a trusted representative of the brand

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant field experience is highly valued
• 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager at an insurance carrier or related role, or 5+ years in high-value home construction or skilled trades
• Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and discretion in complex situations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
