Risk Manager - Massachusetts Licensed

Job Summary

To ensure ethical business practices and compliance with regulations, the full-time Risk Manager - Massachusetts Licensed will identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the organization while working remotely and managing an on-call schedule that may include nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements risk management activities, including the identification and treatment of risks
• Collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to analyze adverse events and implement strategies to enhance patient safety
• Compiles and evaluates risk data to identify high-risk areas and create reports for management review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Five (5) years of clinical or risk management experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred
• Seven (7) years of clinical or risk management experience preferred
